Inside Sales Executive – US Debt Relief

About the Role
We are hiring Inside Sales Executives for a US Debt Relief campaign. The role involves speaking with US consumers, understanding their financial requirements, qualifying prospects, and converting eligible customers into live transfers for our clients.
This is a target-driven sales role focused on lead generation, customer conversion, and live transfers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls from US customers.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify potential prospects.
- Explain debt relief solutions clearly and professionally.
- Handle objections and persuade qualified customers to move forward.
- Generate qualified leads and complete successful live transfers.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets.
- Follow approved scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in US voice process, inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Good sales, persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Debt Relief, Debt Settlement, Credit Repair, Financial Services, US Sales, or B2C Sales will be an advantage.
