Job Title: US Data Entry Executive
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Work Type: Full-Time
Timings: 7:30PM to 4:30AM (Night Shift) (Mon- Fri)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic US Data Entry Executive to join our growing team in Gandhinagar. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to start their career. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to the complete bench sales and recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the US recruitment and bench sales team with day-to-day data entry tasks
- Upload and manage consultant profiles and resumes
- Maintain and update candidate information on ATS platforms
- Coordinate with vendors and candidates when required
- Follow up on post-interview feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working with computers and online tools
- Open to learning and working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship exposure (if any) will be an added advantage
