Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Customer Support & Sales Specialist in the travel industry, based in Gurugram. The role involves delivering excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for driving sales efforts by assisting clients with travel bookings, building positive relationships, and recommending tailored travel packages. The position requires working in alignment with US time zones to effectively communicate with clients across geographical regions.

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Analytical Skills to troubleshoot problems and assess customer needs

- Flexibility to work US timings and adapt to time zone requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
