What We're Looking For

Candidates with BPO/KPO/Customer Support experience are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
Ability to work in US shift timings.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
