We are hiring for Team Lead – US 1st Party Collections to oversee a team of Collections Specialists and drive recovery performance while ensuring compliance with US financial regulations.
Hiring: Team Lead – US 1st Party Collections
📍 Location: Gurgaon
🕘 Shift: US Business Hours (Night Shift / Rotational)
📅 Working Days: 5 Days Working
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach a team of 15–20 Collections Associates to achieve recovery targets.
- Monitor key performance metrics including PTP conversion, Recovery Rate, Dollars Collected per Hour, and RPC rates.
- Handle payment escalations, disputes, settlement approvals, and payment plan negotiations.
- Conduct coaching sessions and provide feedback to improve team performance.
- Partner with Quality teams to ensure compliance and maintain service quality.
- Ensure adherence to US regulations including FDCPA and TCPA.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in international BPO operations, specifically in US Financial Services/Collections.
- 1.5–2 years of experience as a Team Lead/People Manager in US Collections.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Experience handling US customers and collections processes.
