About the Role
We are hiring a U.S. Accounting professional with strong hands-on experience supporting U.S.-based clients and managing accounting operations independently.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience with:
- QuickBooks
- U.S. GAAP
- ASC 606 Revenue Recognition
- Month-end close
- Reconciliations
- AP processes
- ERP/accounting system integrations
This role requires someone who can confidently explain accounting workflows, understand how accounting systems connect operationally, and communicate effectively with U.S.-based teams.
Preference will be given to candidates currently working in product companies, SaaS environments, CPA firms, or client-facing U.S. accounting roles in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.
Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting experience supporting U.S.-based companies/clients directly
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks and U.S. GAAP
- Experience with ASC 606, reconciliations, AP, accruals, journal entries, and month-end close
- Experience with SAP, NetSuite, SAP Concur, or similar ERP/accounting systems
- Exposure to ERP/accounting integrations, automation, or migration projects
- Strong verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working full U.S. EST/night shift hours
