Job Title: US / Canada IT Recruiter (1-3 Years)
Location: Sector 62, Noida - 201301
Employment Type: Fulltime FTE
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and driven US/Canada IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for US or Canada-based IT roles, working with Direct Clients / Implementation Partners. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a Night Shift aligned to US-EST time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates from Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Understanding job requirements and coordinating with Account Managers/Team Lead.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience through phone screens and discussions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (Sourcing → Screening → Submission → Scheduling).
- Negotiate salary, rates (W2, C2C, T4, INC), and contract terms with candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Track recruitment activities and update ATS (Ceipal) recruitment dashboards.
Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).
- 1-3 years of US/Canada IT Recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with US/Canada work authorization types (US Citizen, GC, H1B, TN, OPT, CPT, Canadian Citizen/PR/OWP).
- Experience with sourcing tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in US EST time zone (Night Shift).
