Walk-in Drive: US Business Development Executive


Location: Kolkata (Onsite)

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Walk-in Details:

  • Dates: 23rd & 24th March
  • Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Venue: NLB Technology Services, 23rd Floor, Unit 4, Tower 1, Srijan Corporate Park, GP Block, Bidhannagar, Kolkata


Role: Executive – US Business Development:

We are looking for high-energy, target-driven professionals who are eager to build a career in US Business Development & Sales. If you have experience working with the US market and thrive in outbound sales environments, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calling & email campaigns
  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to US-based prospects
  • Drive business growth across industries like Staffing, Insurance & IT Services
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and build a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal teams to close opportunities


Candidates with experience in:

  • US BPO
  • US Sales / B2B Sales
  • US Customer Service
  • US Technical Support


Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with US outbound calling
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (5 days onsite)
  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
  • Highly energetic, target-oriented mindset
  • Prior experience working with US geography
