Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a US Bench Sales Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience. The recruiter will manage end-to-end sales recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding bench candidates. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, matching candidates to job requirements, managing client accounts, and negotiating rates. The role requires strong communication and account management skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and consultants.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
- Expertise in Hiring and Account Management
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in understanding the US job market and hiring practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
