This position demands a blend of technical expertise, design sensibility, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement responsive, user-friendly web applications with a focus on dashboards. Translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code using modern front-end frameworks. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements. Ensure consistency across platforms and devices by optimizing designs for performance, accessibility, and scalability. Conduct usability testing and integrate user feedback to improve UX. Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 4–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX development with a strong portfolio in dashboard design. Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one or more modern front-end frameworks Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Strong problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
