📋 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead end-to-end implementation projects.
🔹 Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
🔹 Coordinate with technical teams during implementation.
🔹 Lead client meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
🔹 Manage project timelines, risks, and escalations.
🔹 Provide post go-live support during US business hours (EST).
🔹 Prepare implementation documentation and ensure successful project delivery.
