Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
US Accounting Executive with strong expertise in
US payroll processing, accounting operations, and compliance . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with platforms like
Rippling or
ADP , along with proficiency in handling
W2, C2C, and 1099 payroll processes , timesheets, journal entries, and QuickBooks accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities - Process and manage US payroll using Rippling or ADP
- Handle employee payroll classifications including:
- Review, validate, and maintain employee timesheets
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks
- Reconcile payroll reports and accounting statements
- Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and tax requirements
- Coordinate with HR, recruiters, and finance teams for payroll inputs
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities
- Generate payroll and financial reports as required
Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong experience with Rippling or ADP payroll systems
- Good understanding of:
- US Payroll Processing
- W2 / C2C / 1099 employment models
- Timesheet management
- Journal entries and reconciliations
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Knowledge of US accounting principles and payroll compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US staffing or consulting companies
- Familiarity with payroll taxes and employee onboarding documentation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
