Description

Our accounting outsourcing firm is seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals with expertise in US, UK, and Canadian Accounting practices to join our dynamic team in Noida who has knowledge of Accounting, bookkeeping, and journal entries. We are looking for candidates at various levels, from Specialist, Team Leader (TL) to Manager, who can contribute to the success and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform end to end accounting.
• Perform Bank feed and reconciliation.
• Perform Accounts Receivable feeding, reconciliation and Accounting
• Perform Accounts Payable feeding, reconciliation and Accounting.
• Post journal entries and prepare backups and audit trail
• Cleanup accounting books
• Create US/UK/Canada/ Australia Tax ready books.
• Work from GLOBALFPO India Office for clients across globe including USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, UAE, Dubai etc.
• Prepare Financial Statements as per multiple GAAPs
• Able to lead, innovate, implement best industry practices, motivate, and work as a natural team-player in the business functions.
• Work in variable shift timings
• Excellent attention to detail and able to juggle multiple tasks with deftness and attention to deadlines.
• Ability to work under stringent timeliness.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with conviction in all situations with all levels of staff/client organizations.
  
  

Requirements

• Working Days: 5.1(1st Saturday Working only)
• Shift Time: 4pm-1am
  
  

Designation: Associate

Experience: 01 - 07 Years

Qualification

• BCom/ MCom/ CA Inter
• 2+ years of Experience in the field of accounting with experience in QuickBooks or any other Accounting Software
• Excellent knowledge of accounting concepts and principles
• Tally knowledge will be a Plus.
