*Responsibilities*
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, into the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients, track accounts receivable, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Manage accounts payable, verifying and processing vendor invoices, and arranging timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries, categorizing expenses and revenue appropriately.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial data to identify errors, variances, and potential areas of improvement.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate calculation of wages, taxes, and deductions.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, as required.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and other financial planning tasks.
- Collaborate with auditors and support the audit process by providing relevant financial documentation
- Graduation from commerce background
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US accounting and bookkeeping
