About Us:
We are a growing US IT Recruiting Company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Accountant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with basic accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn US accounting and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist with day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, bank reconciliations)
✅ Support payroll processing and employee timesheet collection
✅ Maintain financial records and accounting data accurately
✅ Assist in invoice tracking and payment follow-ups
✅ Support month-end accounting activities
✅ Ensure proper documentation and record management
Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
✔️ Basic knowledge of accounting principles
✔️ 0–2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance preferred
✔️ Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, or accounting software is a plus
✔️ Good communication and organizational skills
✔️ Willingness to learn US accounting and payroll processes
✔️Need to have knowledge on Microsoft office tools especially excel and word and need to
have good communication skills
