Job Title: US Accountant – US Accounting (4–5 Years Experience)
Location: Tirupati (On-site)
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (IST)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 4–5 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial management. The role involves handling end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance, with a strong focus on QuickBooks and U.S. accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks with accurate recording of transactions
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and aging reports
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger reconciliations
- Support U.S. payroll processing (W-2, 1099) and tax compliance
- Manage multi-currency accounting and consolidation of U.S. and Indian entities
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Required skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4–5 years of accounting experience, preferably with U.S.-based clients
- Strong expertise in QuickBooks and accounting principles
- Experience with financial reporting, consolidation, and multi-currency accounting
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
