Job Title: Senior Accountant – US Accounting 

• Location: Hybrid (Gurgaon Sec 58) 

Job Summary: 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of US 

accounting standards and processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing 

financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting month-end and year-end 

close activities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage end-to-end US accounting processes 

• Prepare and review financial statements as per US GAAP 

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger 

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing 

• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts 

• Ensure compliance with US tax regulations and reporting 

• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes 

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

• 3–6+ years of experience in US accounting 

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP 

• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, zoho, etc.) 

• Good understanding of taxation and compliance 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Preferred: 

• CPA/CA (Inter or equivalent) 

• Experience working with US clients
