🚀 We’re Hiring: US Accountant
Are you detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about accounting excellence? We’re looking for an Accountant to join our growing finance team and play a key role in managing financial operations efficiently.

About the Role
As an Accounting Coordinator, you will support the monthly financial close process, manage accounts payable, oversee employee reimbursements, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You’ll also contribute to improving systems, processes, and overall efficiency within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities✔️ Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes (invoices, reimbursements, vendor management)
✔️ Perform journal entries and support month-end close activities
✔️ Handle banking transactions and account reconciliations
✔️ Assist in preparing financial statements and year-end close
✔️ Support budget preparation and financial planning
✔️ Coordinate and assist with audit engagements
✔️ Maintain compliance with accounting standards and ethical practices
✔️ Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and workflows
✔️ Provide training on AP and reimbursement processes
🎯
What We’re Looking For📌 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
📌 Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting/office environment
📌 Experience with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar tools
📌 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
📌 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
📌 High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
📌 Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
