We deliver advanced clinical services across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings, supported by modern operating theatres, endourology suites and multidisciplinary oncology teams.
Role: Urologist (Urological Surgeon) – On-site, India
Role & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage the full spectrum of urological conditions — outpatient clinics, inpatient care and emergency admissions — using evidence-based protocols.
- Plan and perform surgical procedures including endourology, PCNL, TURP, laparoscopic and open urological surgeries with attention to perioperative safety and outcomes.
- Lead pre-operative assessment, intra-operative decision-making and post-operative care; optimize ERAS pathways and reduce length-of-stay.
- Collaborate with anesthesiology, oncology, nephrology and radiology for multidisciplinary case planning and tumor boards.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, consent processes and operative records; participate in morbidity & mortality reviews and quality-improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to training of residents and junior doctors, support upskilling programs and adopt clinical governance standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- MCh Urology or DNB Urology or equivalent specialist qualification
- Valid Indian medical registration permitting independent surgical practice
- Demonstrated competence in endourology, PCNL and TURP
- Proficiency in laparoscopic and open urological procedures; experience with robotic-assisted surgery preferred
- ACLS certification and strong perioperative/emergency urology management skills
- Preferred
- Experience with Holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy and advanced stone management techniques
- Exposure to uro-oncology surgery and reconstructive urology procedures
- Track record of teaching, research publications or participation in clinical audits
