About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic evaluations, surgical procedures (open, laparoscopic, robotic), and post-operative care for urological conditions—including stones, cancers, infections, and reconstructive cases.
- Lead multidisciplinary urology teams, coordinate with nephrologists, oncologists, and radiologists to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adopt and drive adoption of latest minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical techniques in line with global best practices.
- Oversee clinical audits, maintain high standards of surgical documentation, and contribute to hospital protocol development.
- Engage in patient education, counseling, and preventive care initiatives to enhance long-term urological health.
- Participate in teaching, mentoring junior residents, and contributing to continuing medical education (CME) programs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- DNB/MS/Diploma in Urology or equivalent surgical qualification recognized by NMC
- Proven experience in performing complex urological surgeries—TURP, PCNL, RALP, nephrectomy, ureteroscopy

- Current ACLS/BLS certification
- Experience in managing uro-oncology, pediatric urology, or reconstructive urology cases
- Strong clinical decision-making under pressure and ability to handle emergency urological cases
- Preferred
- Fellowship in robotic urology or endourology from a recognized international center
- Experience in setting up or managing a urology department or outpatient clinic
- Track record of research publications or participation in national/international urology conferences
