Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in English at VIBGYOR Haralur, located in Bengaluru. The TGT English teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. Additional responsibilities include creating lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, conducting activities to enhance language skills, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective student development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and the ability to deliver structured lessons effectively
- Strong Communication skills to engage students, parents, and colleagues professionally
- Experience in developing and delivering Training sessions to enhance language competencies
- Interpersonal skills with customer-centric approaches to foster a supportive and inclusive environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or related field with a recognized teaching qualification
- Passion for education and a patient, empathetic approach to student learning
- Prior teaching experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
