Key Responsibilities
• Call and follow up with leads generated through social media, ads, and website inquiries.
• Explain astrology courses, certifications, fees, and benefits to prospective students.
• Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper follow-up records and customer data.
• Handle WhatsApp, phone, and email communication professionally.
• Coordinate with the marketing and counseling team.
• Build long-term relationships with students and clients.
• Provide regular sales updates and reports.
Requirements
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or education industry preferred.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Interest in astrology/spiritual education is a plus.
