Role Overview:
We are hiring a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a high-quality customer experience through calls and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain clear and effective communication
- Collaborate with team members to meet service standards
Eligibility:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good phone etiquette and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge; CRM knowledge preferred
- BPO / customer service experience is a plus
