Urgent requirement of Tabla Teacher for CBSE School
Board: CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education)
Location: Nagpur (Maharashtra)
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach tabla to students across primary, middle, and secondary classes
- Introduce students to basic and advanced taals, bols, and compositions
- Integrate tabla teaching with CBSE music curriculum guidelines
- Prepare students for school assemblies, annual functions, and competitions
- Identify and nurture talented students for inter-school events
- Conduct group and individual practice sessions
- Maintain discipline and ensure a structured learning environment
- Assess student performance and maintain records as per school norms
- Collaborate with other music and arts teachers for cultural programs
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Tabla or Indian Classical Music from a recognized institution
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (school experience preferred)
- Knowledge of CBSE curriculum for music (preferred)
- Ability to teach students of different age groups
- Good classroom management and communication skills
