Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to help achieve business targets. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer communications, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate and track sales orders from initiation to delivery
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance metrics
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure timely execution
- Monitor sales targets and assist in identifying gaps and opportunities
- Handle documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Organize meetings, schedules, and sales events
Requirements Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role (13 years preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
