Job Location: Porvorim, Goa

2 to 5 Years in Recruitment

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or Any Graduate with relevant experience

Salary: Up to 3 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple positions across functions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

Maintain and update candidate database and MIS reports

Ensure timely closure of positions within deadlines

Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection process

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
