Job Title: Back Office Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain shipment data in the system.
- Track courier shipments and update status in real-time.
- Coordinate with delivery staff, warehouse teams, and branch offices.
- Handle customer queries related to shipment status, delays, and deliveries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing parcels.
- Verify billing details, COD (Cash on Delivery) records, and payments.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of logistics data.
- Support operations team in route planning and scheduling.
- Communicate with clients via phone/email regarding shipment updates.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, email handling).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in logistics, courier, or back office work preferred.
Working Conditions
- Office-based job.
- May require rotational shifts depending on courier operations.
Salary Range (India)
- 15,000 - 20,000 per month (depending on experience and location).
