Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Admission Counselor to join our growing educational institution. This role is pivotal in shaping the student journey from the initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective students and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing clear and accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and institutional policies.
  • Manage the end-to-end admissions process, including application review, documentation verification, and follow-up communication to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and administrative teams to align admission criteria with program standards and institutional objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the student information system; ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Provide support to students during the transition from application to enrolment, including orientation coordination and onboarding guidance.




Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in admissions counseling, student services, or teaching within an educational institution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of financial aid processes, scholarships, and enrollment policies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a mission-driven educational setting.
