Global Route Consulting is hiring for one of the UK clients. We are looking for UK travel operations and is looking for talented, confident and sales-driven professionals to join our growing team in Gurgaon.
We currently have OPEN POSITIONS IN TWO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS:
✈️ 1. UK META / FLIGHT SALES EXECUTIVE
🏨 2. UK HOTEL SALES EXECUTIVE

Our travel services include flights, hotels, dynamic packages, honeymoon and holiday packages, weekend getaways, transfers, travel insurance, homestays and other travel-related services.
Alongside travel services, we also work in Travel Tech, website creation & development, CRM and travel-system solutions, digital marketing, online customer acquisition and technology-driven solutions for travel businesses.
✈️ POSITION 1: UK META / FLIGHT SALES EXECUTIVE
Process: UK META / Flight Sales
Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: On-site
Employment: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable & completely based on your interview, experience and capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle UK META flight sales enquiries and understand customer requirements.
• Recommend suitable flight options based on customer needs and budget.
• Prepare accurate quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Handle ticketing, rebooking, amendments, cancellations and other booking-related requirements.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maximize sales conversions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional service.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for smooth booking and ticketing.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
• Achieve individual and team sales/revenue targets.
Requirements:
• Experience in UK Flight Sales / UK Travel Process is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of flight bookings, fares and ticketing.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong sales, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented and commercially driven approach.
• Experience with GDS, CRM, airline reservation or travel booking systems will be an advantage.
🏨 POSITION 2: UK HOTEL SALES EXECUTIVE
Process: UK Hotel Sales
Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: On-site
Employment: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable & completely based on your interview, experience and capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries for UK hotel bookings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hotel options.
• Prepare quotations and explain hotel options, rates and inclusions.
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Upsell and cross-sell suitable hotel options wherever appropriate.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and professional communication.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for booking confirmations.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Who Can Apply?
Travel experience is NOT mandatory for this position.

Travel Industry Experience: Strong Advantage
UK Hotel / OTA / Hotel Sales Experience: Preferred
