As part of our expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Qatar, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead our valve service shop operations.
Position: Workshop In-Charge – Valve Repair & Reconditioning
Location: Saudi Arabia & Qatar
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day valve repair, reconditioning, and testing operations
Supervise technicians and ensure compliance with API, ISO, and HSE standards
Coordinate with clients in the Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, and Process Industries
Manage manpower planning, machine utilization, and job scheduling
Ensure on-time project execution while maintaining the highest quality standards
Candidate Profile
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
05–20 years of experience in industrial valve repair and reconditioning
Previous Gulf/Middle East experience is mandatory
Strong leadership, planning, and client coordination skills
Knowledge of API standards and valve testing practices will be an added advantage
