Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Space Engineering Trainer located in Indore. The Space Engineering Trainer will be responsible for developing and conducting training sessions on key concepts of space engineering, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and creating customized training materials. This role also involves mentoring trainees, developing hands-on project activities, staying up-to-date with advancements in space technology, and evaluating participants’ performance to align with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Space Engineering, Satellites, and Aerospace Systems
- Proficiency in Research, Curriculum Development, and delivering Technical Training
- Competence in Data Analysis, Simulations, and Model Development related to space technologies
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills to engage trainees effectively
- Project Management Skills, with the ability to manage training schedules and deliverables
- Experience with industry-standard software tools and technologies used in space engineering
- Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Space Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar role is an advantage
- Commitment to nurturing talent and shaping the future workforce of the space industry
