- 3 + year of experience in international sales process
- Lead, mentor, and motivate international sales/lead generation teams to exceed daily and monthly targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track individual/team KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue), monitor calls, and provide regular feedback.
- Training Development: Conduct training sessions on sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- International Sales Strategy: Implement strategic sales plans and handle escalated customer queries.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
- Operational Control :Manage team attendance, scheduling, and ensure compliance with company sales processes.
