Role: Manager - Internal Audit (Qualified CA)
Location: Noida Sec 60 (5.5 Days from Office)

Key Requirement:
1. Qualified CA
2. 2 + Years of Post Qualification Corporate Experience.
3. Excellent with Internal Audit, IFC & Reporting
- Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce / mitigate the risk.
- Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved.
- Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability.
- Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement.
- Present findings to Management in the form of reports and presentations.
- Evaluate current process and provide support for improvement to strengthen process.
- suggest other area of improvement, development related to business.
- Review contract, PO, agreements and suggest commercial and legally to safeguard business.
- Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors on Internal Financial Controls (IFC)
- Co-ordination with Internal Auditors during internal audit & audit observation.
- Co-ordination with operation team for monthly contest of R&R items & other PLI schemes.
