Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position at CertED Technologies’ head office in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, for the role of Python Django Developer Trainer. The trainer will conduct in-depth training sessions to equip participants with practical and theoretical knowledge of Python and Django for web development. Responsibilities include designing course materials, delivering engaging sessions, guiding trainees through coding exercises and projects, and staying updated with the latest trends in Python and Django development. Trainers will help build programming proficiency while ensuring trainees acquire a hands-on understanding of industry practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development using Python, Django, and related frameworks
- Solid understanding of Software Development principles and best practices
- Experience with Front-End Development, with knowledge of integrating front-end technologies into web applications
- Strong Programming skills and knowledge of structured and object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with Databases and their integration within web applications
- Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in corporate or technical training is an advantage
- Passion for mentoring and developing technical skills in others
