Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives with experience in Solar EPC, BOS Materials, Structural Steel, and Fabrication Products. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, and handling B2B/project sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities and project leads
* Handle B2B sales and marketing activities
* Meet builders, contractors, consultants, industries, and EPC clients
* Promote Solar EPC / BOS Materials and Structural Steel / Fabrication Products
* Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth
* Coordinate with clients for quotations, follow-ups, and project discussions
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills:
* Experience in Solar EPC / Solar Products Sales & Marketing
* Experience in Structural Steel / Fabrication Industry
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Strong marketing and client-handling ability
* Knowledge in industrial and infrastructure products preferred
Preferred Candidates:
* Chennai / Tamil Nadu candidates preferred
* Immediate joiners preferred
