At Avantel Limited, we are working on mission-critical communication systems for Defence, and we’re looking for someone who has actually led programs end-to-end.
🎯 We’re looking for someone who has:
✔ 10+ years in Defence / Electronics domain
✔ Experience in PDR / CDR / Prototyping / FAT cycles
✔ Strong knowledge of:
- Satellite Communication
- Antennas
- SDR / RADAR Systems
- ✔ Understanding of EMI/EMC & Defence standards
- ✔ Background in BEL / DRDO / Defence OEMs (Preferred)
🚀 What you’ll do:
• Act as primary client interface (MoD / stakeholders)
• Drive end-to-end program lifecycle
• Translate engineering into clear execution insights
• Work with Engineering, Production & QA teams
