Role Description
iEnergizer is seeking a PCI DSS Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to join our team on-site in Noida, India. This is a full-time role, requiring expertise in evaluating compliance requirements and implementing PCI DSS standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and conducting PCI DSS assessments, analyzing risks, maintaining security policies, ensuring adherence to compliance protocols, and providing recommendations to mitigate vulnerabilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements and security practices are met is also integral to this role.

Core Responsibilities
1. Proactive SLA & Operational Monitoring
- Develop monitoring frameworks to prevent SLA breaches
- Build early-warning dashboards and automated alerts
- Conduct trend and root cause analysis
- Reduce issue detection time across payment workflow
2. PCI SSC Compliance & Governance (Mandatory)
- Act as PCI SSC SME
- Translate PCI DSS requirements into operational reporting controls
- Oversee merchant compliance validation tracking
- Provide compliance risk analytics to leadership
- Partner with audit and compliance teams
3. Fee Optimization & Process Improvement
- Analyze transaction patterns and cost drivers
- Deliver measurable cost optimization recommendations
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Quantify financial impact of initiatives
4. Client Reporting Excellence
- Develop executive-level reporting packages
- Build premium dashboards aligned to service offerings
- Translate complex data into clear client insight

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in PCIDSS Compliance & Standards
- Experience in SLA-driven operational environments
Mandatory Requirement
- Proven expertise in PCI SSC (PCI DSS) standards
- Hands-on experience with merchant PCI validation
- Strong understanding of card brand compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of PCI DSS standards, compliance requirements, and auditing frameworks
- Knowledge of risk management and assessment methodologies
- Experience in IT security practices, network security, and vulnerability assessments
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining security policies and procedures
- Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration and reporting
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as PCI QSA, CISSP, or CISA are a plus
- Experience in the BPO sector or working with Fortune 500 clients is advantageous
