Role Description
We are urgently hiring a full-time O2C (Order-to-Cash) Collection Specialist for our Mysore location. This is an on-site role, requiring the incumbent to work in a US time zone shift. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, monitoring outstanding invoices, reconciling accounts, contacting clients for payment collection, and ensuring adherence to payment deadlines. The specialist will also maintain records of collection activities, provide regular reports on account statuses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment disputes and discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, invoice management, and payment collection processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to O2C processes
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage client payment disputes effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately reconcile accounts
- Prior experience in US shift operations is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred

🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash (O2C) Collection Specialist to manage end-to-end collections and accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling US clients, driving timely collections, and resolving payment disputes efficiently.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end collections within the O2C cycle
- Track and monitor accounts receivable aging
- Initiate follow-ups on overdue invoices via calls & emails
- Handle customer queries, disputes, and payment issues
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and delays
- Generate reports on collections performance & AR aging
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 4–8 years of experience in Collections / Accounts Receivable / OTC
- Strong experience handling US customers
- Working knowledge of ERP tools like SAP, HighRadius, etc.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
