Work Experience: 4-5 years in outsourcing work (preferrable Sage or QuickBooks)

Key responsibilities:
- Purchase module management: Processing and maintaining purchase entries and vendor records
- Sales invoice processing: Preparation and recording of sales invoices for the UK entity
- Expense reporting: Tracking, categorising, and reporting business expenses
- Payable ageing & summary reports: Preparing creditor ageing analysis and accounts payable summaries
- Management reporting: Generating financial reports and MIS as required by management
