Hiring: Manual QA Engineer | Pune | 4+ Years | 11–15 LPA
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality, functionality, and usability of our software products through comprehensive manual testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify defects and deliver reliable, high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities- Review and understand business requirements and user stories
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing
- Re-test fixes and conduct impact analysis on affected areas
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Validate end-to-end workflows and user experience
- Ensure test coverage and adherence to quality standards
- Support UAT and post-release testing activities
Required Skills & Qualifications- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing (Data/Integration)
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with test management tools like Zephyr
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Good to Have- Basic knowledge of Python
- Experience with FileZilla and Databricks
