We are currently hiring Managed IT Support Engineers for our global support operations. This is a remote (work-from-home) opportunity supporting US-based clients. Candidates with strong technical expertise and the ability to work in a night shift environment are encouraged to apply.
Position: Managed IT Support Engineer (Tier 1 / Tier 2)
Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (US Shift)
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Compensation: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT helpdesk support (Tier 1 and Tier 2) to end users
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, macOS, and business applications
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Handle user provisioning and access control via Active Directory / Azure AD
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, firewalls)
- Deliver remote support using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar
- Monitor system performance, backups, and endpoint security
- Support and maintain cloud environments including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
Required Skills and Technical Expertise:
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with IT service management / ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Understanding of endpoint security and backup processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Cloud and Technical Skills:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring, identity management, and access control
- Exposure to server management and virtualization environments
Preferred Certifications:
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- Microsoft Certified (Microsoft 365 / Azure Administrator)
- AWS or Azure cloud certifications
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, managed services, or helpdesk roles
- Willingness to work in night shift aligned with US business hours
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
