Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Java Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Trainer based in Lucknow. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, structured, and industry-relevant sessions on Java and DSA concepts to diverse audiences. Day-to-day tasks include planning curriculum, preparing training materials, mentoring participants, and evaluating their progress to ensure skill development. Assisting attendees with problem-solving, real-world applications, and best practices is also a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Core Java, Advanced Java, and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) concepts
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting training programs in Java and DSA
- Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for explaining complex topics in simple terms
- Familiarity with software development tools and IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ
- Solid understanding of programming paradigms and algorithm optimization techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate diverse learners
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications in Java or related fields will be an added advantage
