I am reaching out to share an exciting opportunity for the position of Senior Accounts Executive (IT Returns GST) with our organization, based in Colaba, Mumbai.
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional with 25 years of experience in accounting and taxation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST compliance and Income Tax return filing.
Key responsibilities include preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), GST reconciliation, Input Tax Credit (ITC) verification, handling GST notices, and coordination for audits. The role also involves Income Tax return filing, TDS calculation and compliance (including Forms 26Q and 24Q), and supporting tax assessments.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and preparing periodic financial reports.
Candidates with strong knowledge of GST laws and Income Tax provisions, along with proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel, will be preferred.
The offered salary range for this position is 25,000 to 30,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.
