HR Admin / Front Office Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1 Year
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹22,000/month
Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Admin / Front Office Executive to handle front office operations, enquiry calls, and support basic recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front office operations and visitor management
- Attend and manage incoming enquiry calls professionally
- Make initial recruitment calls to candidates (screening & interview scheduling)
- Maintain call records, enquiry data, and candidate database
- Support HR activities (attendance, documentation, coordination)
- Manage emails and basic office administration
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English & Tamil)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
- Presentable and professional behavior
- Ability to handle calls, multitask, and coordinate
Qualification:
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR/Admin/Front Office
Preference:
- Immediate joiners preferred
