We are looking for a Continental Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a new nature-inspired café in North Goa. This is not a five-star hotel environment with large teams and layers of hierarchy. We are building a calm, creative café from the ground up where food, nature, and community come together.
If you enjoy building kitchens, creating systems, and taking real ownership of the food you serve, this could be the right place for you. However, if you are only looking for large hotel infrastructure and big brigade teams, this role may not be the right fit.
What You Will Be Responsible For
• Leading the kitchen and managing day-to-day operations
• Designing and executing a strong Continental café menu (Italian, brunch, European café dishes)
• Maintaining consistency in taste, plating, and portion control
• Managing prep, inventory, and kitchen cost control
• Training and guiding junior chefs and kitchen staff
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, discipline, and kitchen systems
• Developing new dishes and seasonal menu additions
What We Are Looking For
• 10+ years of professional kitchen experience with strong Continental background
• Prior experience as Head Chef and ready to lead
• Ability to run a kitchen independently and take ownership
• Strong fundamentals in food costing, inventory management, and kitchen discipline
• Passion for simple, well-executed food using quality ingredients

• Immediate joiners preferred (within 1 week)
