We are currently hiring gfor the role of an Hr cum Admin with a leading firm based in Andheri(Mumbai)
Designation: HR & Admin Executive
Location: Mumbai, Andheri
Shift: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Flexible if required)
Salary: Upto 4lpa-7.50 LPA
Qualification: Graduate (HR / Business / Management preferred)
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Admin / Office Administration.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Executive with strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, and office administration. This role requires someone who can independently manage HR processes, employee engagement, compliance coordination, and day-to-day office administration in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & HR Operations (Mandatory)
- End-to-end recruitment coordination: sourcing, preliminary telephonic interviews, scheduling, and onboarding
- Handle inductions, pre & post joining formalities, and background verification
- Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, probation, confirmation, etc.)
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS
- Track probation confirmations and employee documentation
- Coordinate statutory compliance activities
- Support audits while maintaining data confidentiality.
Employee Engagement & Training
- Plan and execute engagement activities & Rewards & Recognition programs
- Coordinate training sessions and employee surveys
- Communicate announcements to teams (80+ employees) confidently
Office Administration & Facilities
- Manage front desk operations and visitor coordination
- Oversee housekeeping, AMCs, infrastructure & office maintenance
- Handle inventory of stationery, pantry & housekeeping items
- Coordinate vendor management (travel, insurance, banking, housekeeping, etc.)
- Manage event logistics, catering & branding requirements
- Maintain vendor & property management records.
Travel, Finance & MIS
- Coordinate travel bookings & transport logistics
- Track utility bills and vendor payments
- Maintain petty cash, invoices & vouchers
- Prepare MIS reports for office expenses & budgets
Requirements
- Recruitment experience is mandatory
- Strong communication (written & verbal)
- Comfortable addressing teams & coordinating across departments
- Experience in drafting HR documentation
- Strong coordination & vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRMS systems preferred
- Basic knowledge of Indian labour compliance is an advantage
