We are currently hiring for the role of a Finance Controller with a Leading MNC Company based in Navi Mumbai
Designation: Group Financial Controller – Systems, Controls & MIS
Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Day Shift
Working: Monday – Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Role: Full-time | Individual Contributor | Direct Reporting to Management
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹100,000 per month
Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com / CA Dropout
Experience: 5–15 Years (Multi-entity exposure required)

We are a diversified group (Logistics, Trading, Pharma, Infra, Real Estate, Manufacturing) moving towards a system-driven and scalable structure.
We need a single-point owner to:
- Build financial systems
- Drive MIS & insights
- Ensure compliance
- Improve visibility & execution
Role Summary
This is a high ownership individual contributor role where you will act as:
Financial Controller
MIS & Insights Leader
Systems & Process Builder
Compliance Owner
Execution Driver
Key Responsibilities
Data & Visibility
- Collect, organize & validate financial data across entities
- Ensure real-time business visibility
- Provide regular updates to management
MIS & Insights
- Prepare consolidated MIS including:
- P&L (business-wise)
- Cash flow
- Working capital
- Key ratios
- Identify trends, risks & inefficiencies
- Recommend corrective actions
Execution & Follow-Up
- Drive implementation of action points
- Ensure closure through strong follow-ups
- Track accountability across teams
Systems & Process Building
- Standardize accounting systems
- Design monthly closing, MIS formats & workflows
- Build dashboards, trackers & control mechanisms
Financial Review & Control
- Review books of accounts across entities
- Identify errors, gaps & inefficiencies
- Strengthen processes and guide teams
Compliance & Governance
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, E-invoicing, RERA
- Ensure 100% compliance with zero delays/penalties
Payment & Risk Control
- Implement payment approval frameworks
- Ensure documentation & compliance checks
- Identify financial risks
Banking & Working Capital
- Prepare/review stock statements & CMA data
- Coordinate with banks, auditors & funding agencies
Coordination
- Work with accounts teams, business heads & CAs
- Ensure timely data flow and issue resolution
Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and fix root causes
- Improve turnaround time, accuracy & system strength
Role Structure
- Individual contributor role
- No large team initially
- High coordination across multiple entities
- End-to-end ownership: Data → Analysis → Execution
