Hi folks,
We are currently hiring for the role of a Sr Arch with a Leading Real Estate Firm In Navi Mumbai.
Position: Senior Architect
Experience: 7yrs to 10yrs
Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
Salary- 8lpa to 12lpa
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:AM – 7:00 PM)
Key Requirements:
* Diploma / B.Arch in Architecture
* 7+ years of relevant experience
* Strong drafting & documentation skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint & AI tools
Key Responsibilities:
* Strong understanding of architectural design principles
* Massing study & project feasibility
* Coordination with project managers for timely delivery
* Reviewing architectural, structural, MEP & landscape drawings
* Knowledge of MCGM norms (Residential & Commercial)
* Site coordination & resolving design constraints
* Preparing drawings, specifications & cost estimates
* Monitoring site progress & project execution
