We are hiring for the below role with the leading firm.
Designation-Senior Architect
Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹8 LPA – ₹12 LPA
Experience: 7–10 Years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:15 AM – 7:00 PM)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead design, planning, and execution of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, site coordination experience, and a solid understanding of local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review architectural designs and project concepts
- Conduct massing studies and project feasibility analysis
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape drawings
- Ensure compliance with MCGM norms (Residential & Commercial projects)
- Handle site coordination and resolve design-related challenges
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Monitor site progress and overall project execution
Key Requirements
- Diploma / B.Arch in Architecture
- 7+ years of relevant experience in architecture
- Strong drafting and documentation skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint & AI tools
- Good understanding of local building regulations and project execution
