We are Hiring for International Accounting Process (Work From Office)
We are hiring for multiple roles in an International Accounting / Customer Service Process. Candidates with strong accounting knowledge and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
1. Senior Accountant
💰 Salary: ₹71,000 – ₹90,000 per month
🕒 Shift: Night Shift (any 9 hours between 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM)
📅 Week Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed
2. Specialist – Accounts
💰 Salary: ₹91,000 – ₹1,10,000 per month
🕒 Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM IST onwards)
3. Team Leader – Accounts
💰 Salary: ₹1,11,000 – ₹1,35,000 per month
🕒 Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM IST onwards)
📍 Work Mode: Work From Office
Job Summary
We are looking for professionals with international accounting experience to work in a client-facing accounting process. The role involves handling accounting tasks while coordinating with international clients and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end accounting processes for international clients (US/UK/Australia)
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and financial records
- Interact with clients to resolve accounting-related queries
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
- Use accounting tools like QuickBooks (preferred)
- Meet process SLAs, quality, and turnaround time targets
For Team Leader Role:
- Manage and lead a team of accountants
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement
- Conduct team reviews, training, and mentoring
- Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Education: B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA / ACCA
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in accounting (Indian or International – US/UK/Australia)
- Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
- Experience in international accounting processes preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is an added advantage
- Comfortable working in night shifts
